10/10 would recommend putting Cold Brew in your morning oats. ๐Ÿ˜‹

I promise this is not #sponsored but thatโ€™d be cool if it was haha! I recently found Blue Island Coffee cold brew packets at my local @heb and I LOVE them! They look like a big tea packet but they smell like smooth, homey coffee goodness! You put a packet in water in your fridge for 8 or so hours (I do mine overnight) and wake up to delicious, smooth cold brew ๐Ÿ˜

I love making mine into a latte but you can do whatever you want! Yesterday, I added some in a smoothie which was fun and then today I added them to my overnight oats! The options are endless!๐Ÿ‘‰

Caffeinated Overnight Oats:

Ingredients
1/2 cup oats (or more if you want!)

Banana slices

Big dollops of nut butter for lasting satiety and deliciousness

Cinnamon to taste

1 Tablespoon Chia seeds

1/2 cup milk of choice (more or less depending on how thick you want it but the liquid will be soaked up overnight)

4 Tablespoons cold brew

Topping ideas: granola, honey, more fruit, nuts, chocolate chips

Directions

Combine everything except the cold brew (unless you already made it) together in whatever order you want in a jar (or finished PB jar like I did - shoutout to the best PB ever Laura Scudders) and refrigerate overnight. When you wake up, pour your ready-made cold brew into the oats plus extra toppings that you want and ENJOY! :)
